Smokey is coming along well with his trainer Miranda Phillips! Smokey has some training experience in the past but first you have to catch him and he does NOT give his trust easily. Miranda's patient and intelligent attitude is helping Smokey slow down, trust, and learn that people are fun to be with! The Foundation division is often about starting from scratch and rebuilding as much as it is moving forward from where they are. We're happy to see the trust building and are
